Digital Photo Enhancements: Every picture taken gets polished, whether to enhance darker areas of the shot, remove debris or clutter, fix bad spots in the yard or transform a depressing, overcast "autumn" shot of a home into a cheerful, sunny "summer" view. Click Here for a sample.
Layout and Design: All real estate guide advertising is composed in-house and exported camera-ready to the publisher or professional printing company, allowing for almost 100% creative control, as well as avoiding all the time-consuming back-and-forth of proofs. In addition, we are able to design custom flyers, postcards, inserts, etc. to meet the needs of any agent.
Virtual Home Tours: Realty PRO Hansbarger Realty does all its own creation and web hosting of Adobe® Flash photo tours, thus saving the regular monthly or annual subscription costs. Most of our listings feature these tours. |

Many tedious duties that usually fall under the responsibility of the Listing Agent are instead handled by our Broker or Office Manager, including:
MLS Input: All MLS information is entered into the system by our Office Manager, not only freeing an agent's valuable time for more profitable pursuits (like getting more listings) but it also adds an additional layer of error-checking to avoid costly mistakes later down the road.
Office Tour: Every Tuesday, all agents as a group tour any new listings received that week to offer marketing advice to the listing agent if needed, as well as to be able to answer with firsthand knowledge any questions from potential customers on the condition of the home.
Showings: The Office Manager schedules all showings for Realty PRO Hansbarger Realty's listings, not only contacting the seller (if the home is occupied), but also replying to the showing agent with a fax containing a complete showing packet and feedback form as well as sending a notification to the listing agent via email.
Property Photos: Considered one of the most tedious aspects of preparing a listing for the MLS and real estate guides, all interior and exterior photos are taken by our Broker, usually the day the listing is toured by the firm, saving the listing agent much time and expense. Typically, our residential listings have two to three times as many photos normally allowed by the MLS. |

Realty PRO Hansbarger Realty regularly offers "Floor Time" to all agents, regardless of seniority, which is a good source for both buyer and seller clients. "Floor time" is when an agent promises to be in the office to help answer telephone calls and provide service to customers calling in with real estate questions. While all agents are strongly encouraged to participate, floor time is completely voluntary.
Finally, to help maintain a stress-free work environment and promote a team atmosphere, Realty PRO Hansbarger Realty discourages "stealing" clients, and all agents are trained to ask any potential customers if they are already working with an agent in our firm prior to establishing a business relationship. While not a fool-proof system, it helps keep misunderstandings to a minimum. |
