| All reservations require half of total rent as deposit. The balance of apartment rent, boat rent and Indiana Sales Tax is due at check-in time. Deposits and rent (less expenses) are refunded on re-rental only. All checks are to be made payable to Clear Lake Apartments. We do not accept credit cards. |

apartment All rents subject to 7% Indiana Sales Tax We have two (2) 14-foot Alum-Craft rowboats
available for rent; each are licensed yearly and can accommodate up to
7½ HP motors. |

Special Notice ———— |
|
| Individual
cottage owners now require $200 or more over and above the normal rent
as a cleaning/breakage/security deposit.
Clear Lake Apartments hope not to do this as there are so many good repeat renters. Therefore, we must ask all renters' cooperation in leaving their units and appliances clean and tidy before departing. Tenants are responsible for replacing or paying for damaged items, as well as returning items packed in error. |
